My purpose is to facilitate a space and practice to bring you closer to the mind-body connection. Cultivating a connection to your breath, to keep that connection on and off the mat.

Class Offerings

Vinyasa

A seamless flow of dynamic movement with the breath. This class is open to any level yogi as there are always modifications offered.

Rooted Flow

Provides a focus on grounding the soul and a focus on the mind-body connection through movement and breathework.

Meet The Founder

Lindsay Brown

Lindsay has always looked for ways to cultivate a healthy and balanced lifestyle. From when she had her first daughter, she added different tools to her toolbox. Yoga has always been a big part of her toolbox. “Once you realize the impact of breath to your movement, there’s no going back.” She knew yoga was a powerful tool, as it helped her slow down as her world around her got busier. That’s when she decided she can contribute to the yoga space. Helping others find their inner peace and make a connection to themselves is what she strives for in each offering. She looks forward to continue on this journey, while also learning and adapting knew teachings to grow together.
